Lifetime Limited Warranty

This Lifetime Limited Warranty is provided by No Leak Gutters Inc. and remains in effect as long as you own the property.

Workmanship Warranty

No Leak Gutters Inc. guarantees that our installation workmanship is free from defects. This warranty covers improper installation that results in structural failure, such as:

• Detachment
• Misalignment
• Leaks caused by installation issues

This warranty applies to workmanship-related issues that compromise the gutter system’s structural integrity.

Material Warranty

The material warranty is provided directly by the manufacturer, Spectra Gutter Systems, for 20 years (copy available upon request). This warranty guarantees that materials will be free from defects such as:

• Cracking
• Peeling
• Splitting

under normal environmental conditions. Industry standards and supplier guidelines establish that 20 years is the reasonable lifespan for aluminum-based gutters. Issues occurring beyond 20 years are considered outside the expected lifespan and are not covered under this warranty.

Warranty Exclusions & Limitations

No Leak Gutters Inc. does not cover:

• Normal wear and aging effects: fading, chalking, minor scratching, or gloss variations due to sun exposure.
• Minor surface imperfections that do not impact functionality.
• Corrosion or deterioration due to prolonged exposure to salt, moisture, chemicals, or pollution.
• Warping and bowing due to thermal expansion-contraction from temperature fluctuations.
• Maintenance issues: blockages from excessive debris buildup or foreign objects causing overflow or structural damage.
• Impact damage from flying storm debris, falling trees, or any other physical impact.
• Damage from winds exceeding 130 mph.
• Coastal Area Exclusion: Installations within 1.5 miles of the ocean are not covered due to saltwater exposure risks.
• Unauthorized modifications: Any structural changes that interfere with the installed gutter system, including:
  • Roof changes/replacement
  • Fascia installations
  • Home additions
  • Foundation shifts
• Lower downspout damage caused by wildlife, physical movement by individuals, or external factors affecting placement.
• Consequential damages, including:
  • Interior or exterior damage to the home
  • Personal property damage
  • Landscaping damage

Warranty Claims

All warranty claims must be submitted within 7 business days via:

To process a claim, the following information is required:

• Photographic evidence of the defect
• Copy of the original invoice
• Detailed description of the issue

Upon receipt of a claim, No Leak Gutters Inc. will inspect the affected area to determine if it qualifies for warranty coverage. If the claim is denied, a written explanation will be provided.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with arbitration taking place in Florida.

Modification Rights

No Leak Gutters Inc. reserves the right to modify warranty terms. However, any changes will not affect existing warranties unless the modifications benefit the existing property owner.

72-Hour Cancellation of Services

Pursuant to Florida law, you may cancel your authorization for services no later than midnight of the third business day.

Liability Waiver

No Leak Gutters Inc. is indemnified and held harmless from any and all:

• Claims
• Lawsuits
• Demands
• Causes of action
• Liability, loss, damage, and/or injury

of any kind.
